I still wonder why any woman would vote for Trump. What are your theories?

In their defense (possibly), I live in a rural deep southern small town. And as you know it's very very conservative. Now some voted for Trump due to religious purposes. Conservatives (the ones I know and know personally) are anti-abortion/pro-life, don't believe in sex before marriage, if you do have sex before marriage and said female gets pregnant there's something called shotgun weddings, are very traditional (some of the women are traditional stay at home moms whereas the husbands goes to work). So most voted for Trump Vance due to well religious purposes. To them anything liberal, LGBTQA+, pro choice, freedom of religion, etc etc does that equal to their beliefs and some have said, "I'm voting for Trump to protect my children" and others have said they're voting for him become "he has values". That's my answer cause well like I said, I'm from a small town that loves Trump and that's what the females have told me and what I have overheard at like grocery store, gas station, etc etc.

Also, some women, apparently have the hots for Trump while some had the hots for JD apparently

Then explain, because so far every truth about the republican party and trump made them worse than everything else. Every time there Are leaks or info about one of the parties, the republicans and trump seem like they can't get worse.. and then they do get worse.
Also dont get me wrong I dont directly support the democratic party either, it's just the FAR better alternative. Both are way too much right wing for me.

Denies facts: environmental problems, economic problems, basic human rights.
Failed leader: notorious liar, convicted fellon, failed buisnessman and bought elections.
You can of course name a single fact supporting how trump has handled a single situation better than biden or Obama before and after him, Right? Try it!

I didn’t vote for him either time. I was giving my first official vote in 2020 and it was a serious decision to me. I came out the gate running and chose Biden. Even when one of my parents decided to vote for him cause of what they overheard in churches. I was saying he was like hitler and shared many, many similarities before you seen people publish books on it and saying there were similarities. Never regretted my vote and if my vote against him means I should die an early death in this life so be it. Nobody lives forever not even the maga guy himself. Nothing will change my decision or have me regret my choice, and my vote.

one of my friends said she would have voted for trump (not allowed to vote as from germany but has her spouse and lives in US) . i asked why.

we got a range of "better than kamala" (with some talk about toddlers having clothes that hide/tries to make them look the opposite gender), and how they didn't want to pay for tran's people's surgeries.

Yeah some things are suspicious but unfortunately i think a lot of people were just sold on whatever Trump was selling them and did vote for him. Also a bunch of people who voted in 2020 stayed home and didn't vote this time. It sucks but this is what they wanted. Now they’re about to find out the hard way what they actually voted for.

There's something eerily similar I noticed in the Indian elections and American. In India, the power parties (BJP and Congress) came in a tie. Which is really surprising because BJP was always winning with the majority. Congress was this close from winning but then unfortunately BJP won the central elections.

Even in the my state elections, the most powerful party BJD lost- let me tell you that this party ruled for 24 whole years and our CM (chief minister) got the award of longest term CM in nation something and survey said that people were completely satisfied with him. Everything was looking positive but then suddenly it was found out during results that BJP won and everyone was sad asf. If BJP had a majority in our state, then how come so many people were upset about BJD losing?

Also, during counting the votes, different numbers were shown in different news channels which never happened before.

The similar thing which happened in America is the number of votes being scarily similar for Kamala Harris and Donald Trump- like 48% and 50%, seriously? I'm not saying any scam happened but this is way too much of an coincidence.

For better understanding let me tell you that our Prime minister from BJP is super close with Donald Trump of your Republican party.

A lot of democrats do vote but just not as much as republicans unfortunately. there's a segment of them who think they are taking some kind of noble stance against the candidates presented by not voting. However they will soon realize how erroneous that is because now they along with the rest of us must live with the consequences of electing a fascist president. Its likely not gonna be fun at all for many.

Yes what it is is the age old pre-20th century monarchs and rulers attempting to come back into power. Democracies unfortunately are taking a big hit and so many are falling to how things used to be before. Hoping its only a temporary setback and a new progressive era comes to fruition. but i guess we must go through this period... things gotta get bad, people gotta feel pain before things get better.
