The town is Emo Ontario Canada, and they were fined for refusing to fly the alphabet people flag... The lgbtq2 flag as they call it. Just proves that unless you're in the states you have no freedom of expression. If that happened here it would be a constitutional lawyer's wet dream.

Emo is a township of about 1,300 people located in the far west of Ontario, along the border with Minnesota.

In a decision handed down last week, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario ruled that Emo, its mayor and two of its councillors had violated the Ontario Human Rights Code by refusing to proclaim June as “Pride Month.”

The town was also cited for failing to fly “an LGBTQ2 rainbow flag,” despite the fact that they don’t have an official flag pole."

I think it's ridiculous and if the alphabet people want to hang up a flag so people know that they are having sex and committing fornication which is a sin and will be punished by God, then they should have to pay the 10k fine for displaying such a flag!!
