South Africa is the only country that the West allows to be developed because it serves European and American interests. The country was created to serve European nations and America as suvh is the onky nation allowed to be developed as their economy ties in with the West and serves western explosive interest therefore is allowed to develop

As for the rest of the African continent:

I was watching a YouTube video where one of the European investors, involved in shaping and development of projects in Africa states that it is important to the Global North, that Africa be kept poor and impoverished for the development of the West and Global North as a whole. He further stated that Africa's role is to remain poor, and must not be allowed to join China, Russia, India Brazil and South Africa.

African countries are moving away from western partnerships, using liberal far left tactics like " treat is as human or we'll join China" since the launch of Brics more and more African countries are leaning towards China, and the communist East. And are cutting ties with the West... Some are nationalising the mines pulling away from the West.

Enemy: Africa has always been an Enemy, which we sought to Rob and exploit

Neutral: The West need to be careful in how they treat Africa as to to not add coals to the fire.

Friend: the West should allow Africa to develop so that they may be Valuable trading partners.

I'd vote "Neutral", even though i don't agree with what you wrote after it. They aren't our enemy in the sense that they'll attack us with military force, but they aren't our friends either and I wouldn't trust them to have our backs. With the exception of Somalia which everyone hates, and a few others especially the North African ones, Africans like to stick together and support each other.

The former colonies, especially the former French ones like Senegal, talk about how evil France is and how they want to sever ties with them, yet the people migrate to France the first chance they get, and in addition those countries also threaten to send their criminals to France, if France doesn't give them money.

One South African guy even straight up said Whites have no right to live in Africa, but black Africans should have a right to live in Europe. They institute and support racist policies against non-blacks, but have no qualms about reaping the benefits of their former colonizers and China too. There were a few African countries who recognized Taiwan, but then stopped because they got scared of China. African countries are definitely not allies of the West. Most black Africans don't even consider Africans who aren't black as "Africans". Except when Morocco is the only African country remaining in the World Cup, then suddenly they're "African".

There are parts that feel first world and parts that feel third world. I would put it on par with countries like Turkey, Mexico and Brazil and some Caribbean countries.

Look into the history of africa first, it was colonized and many African countries are slowly developing. Those which have the best chance of growing are all the ones which are on the southern side, those which have a christian majority.
