of course. People whom cannot function in society end up in jail. nyc as one example just turns them loose again. the jail is about a 60 mile radius around nyc where they generally travel... freely about.

thus the idea of building a wall around nyc.

It's a difficult problem because people should not be locked up against their will unless they've committed a crime. Yet there are many who are taking time bombs.

I think if we were to bring back asylum, there would be more women in them compared to men in prison
