If birthright citizen ship ends wouldn't that mean every American would have to pass a U. S. Citizenship test to keep their citizenship?

Despite having family and grandparents that have proof of U. S. citizenship.

Personally I just think this is honestly a dumb move that will clog up the government and make nothing actually beneficial get done. I get its supposed to make everyone who's here legally even more legal and all but seriously it's like punishing people who never done wrong.

Its really ironic these same people can't even trust that the voting system that has been working and improving for literal decades is still rigged and bugged, just because votes get counted a month after election results. I can guarantee they would support all votes being counted if their candidate loss lol.

But a lot like how votes take a while to get counted and frankly I don't think anyone has the patience to literally sit at a table and accurately count a whole city's worth of votes. Which is why machines are made specifically for this. All the testing for American citizenship once all said and done will likely still keep everyone waiting for a very long time, when all that effort could've been used for much better things.

But what do you think? Is the ending of American's birthright citizenship a good thing?
I'm in support of the ending of birthright let's be less free
