A mother of 3 said delay deny depose on a phone call with a health insurance company who was denying claims now she's facing prison. Seems like you have so much freedom until you piss off the people with money then suddenly you don't have any freedom.

When a normal person goes to the police they often say we don't have the manpower to deal with this sorry. But as soon as a company is upset you get arrested and face 15 years.

To be fair she did threaten it saying “you’re next”…. I do believe that when it comes to the rich & powerful when you do that kind of thing they take it as a greater risk, though come domestic violence dispute or stalking behavior from an ex or someone normal in danger in any circumstance the cops just ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ . Which is an awful two tiered system we have.
I believe any and all threats shouldn’t be taken lightly also hate speech though definitely certain people’s safety is prioritized over others.

Yes she did say you're next but she never said she'd personally see to it. I feel like this context and that she's a mom without a gun with 3 children would have been taken more into consideration in most cases and she wouldn't be charged with terrorism. But because she threatened the wrong people they made sure to really send a message. That's another crazy thing since 2001 they can just throw in terrorism charges for almost any crime if they feel like it. Don't you think that's a bit too much power that you handed over there?

I feel like in Switzerland she'd maybe get a fine and/or a suspended sentence, never 15 years in prison. It wouldn't even be suggested before the trial.

Elected President Trump mentioned during his rallies that he is going to enforce Americans First Amendment Rights.
I'm sure because of what Twitter did to him and thousands of other people he hasn't forgotten about it and now he's going to do something about it!
Don't forget about his bromance with Elon Musk who bought Twitter and is now renamed it "X"!!!

But until Trump becomes our President again perhaps we should hold our tongues and not end up like this woman did.

Given the light of what happened the staff at these companies have probably been told to treat that phrase as a death threat. Won't be surprised if you hear more of this.

I saw a report today that Europe might only have 10% or less of global gdp by 2050 if they don't losen regulations and encourage more growth in tech fields. But if the alternative is to live in a corporatocracy, I don't know both situations don't seem very appealing to me.
