There is not ONE PROBLEM in USA that can't be solved by public campaign finance. Not one. Add in a MEANINGFUL INDEPENDENT constitutional convention based on majoritarian Republican values or MAJOR structural changes to Fed govt (eliminate electoral college, Senate, 18 year term limits for all but potus' 2 term, mandatory retirement age, interstate voter compact, ranked choice voting using weighted-multi vote procedure, national ID (passport is a fine choice), just for starters)

Just nationalize it. Incremental reform is a recipe for stasis n corruption.

No. Population control and there is too much money in the background. If you knew how many doctors get large Christmas bonuses for rejecting or not recommending expensive treatments for their patients because the insurance companies asked them to.. it would blow your head back

seriously though, get your ass in the gym, stop smoking and eat 2 apples a day and stop whoring around and needing weekly STD checks and expensive abortions that drain Medicare out of money... oh and contribute your own taxes there too

baseline emergency health care should be there such as for someone in a car accident but fat body positivity models eating themselves to death shouldn't be encouraged to waste other people's taxpayer money

Not sure what reform would work. Closest we got was the public option which would be a USPS type health insurance option that the rest would have to compete with.
