Aren't' your Constitutional Rights Violated at School, University, and Work?

The USA Federal Constitution Amendment Number 2:

A well-regulated Militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed.

The amendment offers no exceptions. Yet in today's ILLEGAL code, we are forbidden from bringing a knife or gun to school, work, university, etc, to protect ourselves from the evil thugs who want to do us harm.

When I was in Jr. High School, I am not lying, at least TEN African American boys ganged up against one white kid and used CANE POLES and beat the tar out of that kid over and over again in the face, arms, legs, body, and back. The school officials never did anything about it and the police never did anything about it. All of those boys should have been arrested and should have been prosecuted for Federal Hate Crimes and for Assault with a Deadly Weapon and tried as ADULTS. yet NOTHING was ever done to any of them. Anyone who says black people can't be racists or hate criminals has never met a black person for God's sake.

I eye-witnessed this gang beating and hate crime that day, and immediately told two people: my math teacher and the Principal (he was a jerk and deserved to be fired and sued by the way) and NOTHING was ever done about the beating. They didn't even try to stop it in progress.

Don't fool yourself. The staff at school will NOT protect your child from a bully and they definitely won't protect them from gang violence, gang rape, or mass shooters.

The second Amendment is a RIGHT which it specifically states in the Amendment that there are no exceptions (Until you get to Amendment 14 which makes an exception for Criminals).

I have the solution to gang violence and mass shootings at school and university:

The solution is EVERYONE should be allowed to carry both a GUN and a LARGE KNIFE to school, and if anyone gets out of line, EVERYONE should be allowed to both shoot and stab in self defense.

If You don't agree with me, you've probably never been the victim of Gang-violence before. I have, years before I was involved in Martial Arts, they ganged up on me about 8 or 10 to one and beat the hell out of me, and there was actually more than one occasion, this was at Elementary school in a different school district. When I tried to defend myself, the teachers and principal suspended ME and did nothing to the thugs who attacked me.

Amen brother! Witnessed black guys ruthlessely beat a white guy on the bus... bloody... cracked window, split head. I know people will always think there's a reason... it was because he was emotionally screwed up black kid with no parents. The white fella was happy and talking to another kid and the black kid was miserable and "thought he heard something"... like an offense. There was no offense. So he instigated a fight and beat the other guy, his friends jumped in and the white guy never threw a punch. Nothing ever came of that, the bus driver kept driving. that was 1980 something.

Saw big black kid punch little white kid for no reason... nothing done. I saw more than this... just examples. Would it be fair to pull revolver right then and blast him? That is what would happen. Guns can help restrain bad beahvior.. for without fear, people will do whatever they want. Don't even get me started on how females were abused.

Authorities will not disicpline a black person, schools especially. They don't want the... you know what. And that's the problem with your theory.

Yes you have a right to say what you want, defend your life librerty and property. But they can destroy you because they have power. And people wonder why there is polarization in society. Granted, majority of people were never a problem, it was a few... but there is a bias to not discipling black kids... that was/is clear.

Clearly your point is not only about race but ability to protect yourself from others craziness. I'm not sure that is what the law was about, but yes, we should be able to do so... if we were properly trained. To be honest if I was allowed to be armed back then I'd have probably shot a white kid or two for their abuses of me. Kids are real snots and not the best judges.

I can't imagine going into a school full of kids with knives and guns. Theyd all have to be military level disicpline. Can you imagine daniel penny pulling his gun and blasting the other guy? Hed go to jail for that. I'd much rather have a severe and fair discipline system. But that never happen til emotional/financial reparations achieved.

I hate to say it, but you go to any school in the country... if it's largely black, it's a failure. If it's largely chinese and white, it's much better if not top school.

I believe work is private property, people have a right to say what is ok on their property. public school as well.

I worked in a K-12 school system. There was a kid in high school that was being bullied. He got no help from the school administrators so he went to the police with videos and wanted his attackers arrested for assault. The cops went to the school and picked up the kids and called their parents. I think one of the kids was 18 and was an adult. The kids parents had to take off time from work and hire an attorney and go to court. I do not know how it all turned out but I bet that kid was never bothered again.

Yes, but not because of anything you said. I'm not required to go to any of those places if I don't want to, and neither would my children be. Sorry, but you got beat up in school because you have shitty parents that sent you there and didn't care enough about you to homeschool you or move out of the ghetto. If knives would have been allowed in whatever ghetto school you went to, you would have gotten cut up. I'm all for being able to carry a gun or knife anywhere, but that would not have helped you in that situation.

Personally, I think each private business and organization should be able to choose how they deal with the carrying of weapons, not the government.

Well i think this may be due partly to your school having both bad kids, and bad staff/leaders. If no one did anything about it, thats most definitely illegal, and thats all on the school.
in my school, we rarely have anything like that happen. The closest things were a couple of bad fights and someone bringing a gun to school. Our school handled them ok ig, but i think they could've done it better🤷‍♂️

lastly, i 100% disagree with your “solution”

kids are the last thing that should be near a gun at all. Your solution essentially uses MAD tactics, where if someone starts shooting, everyone can start shooting💀 i kid you not that is the worst possible “solution” to this problem. No one in their right mind would even send their kid to a school that allows children to bring weapons. Pls rethink your solution bro. not every school is the same as yours

“The evil people” you are talking about are the small group of bad kids at a school. I dont have a perfect solution, bc its a gray area, there really is no one true solution bc its a hard thing to fix. But think about what i said; no one would even send their kids there if they just allowed weapons and did nothing about it. The school literally would have no one enrolled into it atp. Schools are supposed to be safe. Your solution makes the school way less safe. Just bc you are carrying a gun doesn't mean you can't get shot ot stabbed.

Again the federal court has not yet 'selectively incorporated' that application of the 2nd or really most applications of the other amendments to the states yet via their revised and open ended interpretation of the 14th.
