This application is called BlodVoice and recognizes your accent, your mother tongue, it's fun to try

That was fun. It worked out I was a native speaker but couldn't refine to more than UK or US or Canadian or Australian. Which a person from those countries would quite easily.

It seemed to have some difficulty because it couldn't get it on the first go and needed me to read a second new line of text.

I want a Kiwi who has spent a couple of years in Scotland to test this app. One such person needed me to translate for her when shopping.

I don't know how you did it, but I was able to try it for free without creating an account.

I accessed it through a search engine. I don't want to download anything
It was asking for my name. I don't want to give them my name

I gave nothing, not my name, not my address, no registration or anything, and I could use it.

I typed BlodVoice into Google, clicked on the first link, then "try me" and that was it.

I was using the different one.
Then me being a man didn't read the instructions so I tried it 2 times before I figured out why it wasn't working 😂

It didn't for me. I searched via google and took the second hit which was BoldVoice Accent Tracker. Just needed to tap the microphone button after that and nothing else..
