Do men and women get the same justice, or is it different based on gender?

Men & women get the same justice system though it goes against you or works with you depending on the circumstance, the evidence, the defense v. the prosecution, if you are innocent or guilty, if the police even hear you out, statue of limitations, drug crimes, violent charges / domestic abuse, etc.

Though what I am sure of is, the rich get the better defense while those at the bottom get fucked. We see now from #MeToo a lot of people in power (who shouldn’t have been) are being found out while little sexual harassment, sexual assault, rape, incest get overlooked & not in the public spotlight which can hinder a case of any magnitude whether you are a male victim or female victim. It sucks.

It really depends on a variety of factors, not just gender alone even though in my honest opinion women are most abuse victims and men fall beneath the cracks who are victims & both feel they don’t have a voice which is a step in the wrong direction. We should uplift & support all victims wherever they may roam (I’m speaking broadly because a lot of people get screwed over)
