Do all the required paper work and, when they okay your passage and give you a green card (or do you have to apply for those here?), come on over! Once here, if you wanna stay and become a citizen, you can do one of two things
1. Fill out more papers and do a naturalization test. If you pass, you're in!
B. Marry someone here.
Or, find someone in your country from here to marry you and when they bring you back, you SHOULD be a citizen.

I don't know. There are multiple paths. I expect there are immigration attorneys you can consult. One path comes to mind: Get admitted to a university in the US, and get a STEM degree, you can probably then get an H-1B visa and then permanent residency.

Just book a holiday there and don't catch the return flight. Stick to the tourist areas and you won't stand out.

I've seen many come here over the decades. They do it. One is by schooling... then getting sponsorhship for a job.
The other option is marry USA woman.
Military, do not know.
Going back 2 generations... all my family... is from some other country, from all over the world. America is a "melting pot". I have a recent relative that is here now because he married a USA citizen... after getting a job in USA and doing work here, he met her.

We frequently go to restaurants run by... Palestinians, Chinese, Germans, Italians, Turkish, Portuguse... just to name a few.
Is it easy... no idea... now with the recent backlash. fill out papers
