Does anyone else have "neighbors" that yell extremely loud, screaming cuss words and other fun stuff for apparently no reason at 4:00 AM read details?

I'm hearing from what sounds like Teens yelling, saying cuss words, one said "Come on man let's go home" and another saying "yeah dude fuck him up" I can only imagine what's going on, but I am a little skeptical considering there was a murder/suicide last year here and I have heard gunshots going off and screams afterwards.

Aren't neighbors the worst? I once had a neighbor that was always trying to fight people. He would sit in his yard and yell at random people walking down the street "you got a staring problem". Every time I would walk out of my house, if he was outside he would come running over and try to talk to me. I'm not a people person, and I don't want to be bothered all the time. After he realized we weren't going to be best friends, he did everything he could to antagonize us. Luckily, he was evicted after about 6 months.

When I first got married I lived in an apartment building that was like that. I had neighbors that would play loud music all night. One night I got relly pissed and went down in the basement and turned circuit breakers off and on until the noise stopped.

Years ago an absolutely trashy couple moved into a house opposite of my parents. Apart from the 4 AM, they are just like that. They brought down the whole neighborhood value, it this is possible. 🤬
