You really have to be careful these days when you confront some people because some of them will beat you up, kill you, make your life a living hell. I wouldn't say a darn thing to them. I would move!

Unless they're violating a noise ordinance, there's very little that can be done. I'd just accept it as a part of living in an apartment complex.

Use the phrase “peaceable enjoyment” and call the cops and landlord. Give landlord cop name etc.

I did call the police. I allowed it to happen too long. It’s inconsiderate and rude to do that when I’m not bothering them.

get someone whit a chainsaw to come around early on Sunday morning and run it till they awake and pissed. it's what I do. make noice when they are resting or watching some game on TV
