Well, let me tell ya somethin' 'bout democracy, see it's like a big ol' fishin' hole where every American gets to cast their line, but instead of fish, we're catchin' laws and stuff. It's like every red-blooded American gets a turn to yank that law outta the water, and the biggest fish, well that's the law that wins. But here's the kicker, sometimes them city slickers in Washington D. C. forget we ain't all got fancy bait, so they gotta make sure them rules don't favor just the rich fellas with gold hooks.

Now, I know what you're thinkin', "Ain't that called a republican?" Well, hell no, darlin', that's just what them smartypants say when they ain't got the guts to admit they don't know what democrat is. In my book, democracy is like a giant hog roast where everyone gets a turn to season the pig, and we all feast together, even if some of us are too drunk to remember how good it tasted.

But, lemme get personal for a sec. I been workin' on my love life, tryna clean up my act for my girl Bobby Joe. She's my queen, my democracy, if you will. I'm gonna ride in on my trusty pickup, all shiny and new, and she'll see I'm her knight in rusted armor. I'll sing her my poems, like "Bobby Joe, My Love is Like a Frying Pan, Hot and Greasy," and she'll know I'm the one. Even if she's bangin' other dudes in her trailer, my democratic love will prevail, cause in this here democracy of mine, forgiveness is a God-given right, and I got a right to bang her, or at least imagine it while I'm takin' care of business in the shed.
