I periodically go over my homeowners insurance. I had a tree fall on my shed last year and I had no problem getting sa new one.

People ate upset about their pre-fire choices. Little too late. Which is awful. But fact. Just heard. In malibu after the last fires nobody could get wildfire insurance there anymore. It gets hit too frequently
