I'm with my company's insurance BlueChoice. I don't pay much. Around $20 a month.

Hell, no. Most companies only offer medical, at a hefty price, of course, but not dental, which most people, myself included, need much more than they need medical. The only time I've ever had insurance was when I paid for it out of my check for ten years, but never used it once.

I do have health insurance, I work for the state and they pay 85% of it. I get the best plan because my wife is a cancer survivor and we need a plan where you can see any doctor and go to any hospital.
My end of the premium is about $250./ month

I DO. In California I'm required to by law. Nothing. At least I haven't been charged for the new one yet. I switched because my previous one wanted to charge me $700 a month

Yes in Canada they say health coverage is free. Thing is it's not because our big taxes pay for it.

I use National Insurance from the Department for Work and Pensions. I don't know the cost off hand, but it comes out of my pay.
