I'm in the U. S. I have insurance in the form of a HDHP. Runs $69.37 every 2 weeks. My max out of pocket is $5000/year and my deductible is 1500/year, 900 /year of which is paid by my insurance company in the form of contributions to my tax advantaged health savings account (HSA). Love it. When I had a heart attack my bills totaled over a million bucks. I only had to pay 5K. Well worth 140 bucks a month (roughly).
