It was way better than what it is like now. Kids still hung out at shopping malls and everyone could not wait until they got their drivers licenses. There was not the pressure to get into an Ivy League college and there were no metal detectors going into your school.

I was single digits. But my older neighbors enjoyed it. I remember ruining new songs for them by singing them on repeat until they told me to stop. lmao " last Christmas I gave you my heart and the very next day you gave it away"

  Yes, I had a record player and had a bunch of 45s. When I would buy a new one I would set the turntable to repeat and it would play over and over again until I got sick of hearing it
