Overall? Yes. However there are a handful of them that shouldn't have been pardoned, or should've been pardoned at the end of Trump's term.

@Asker Yes, that's 100% true for the vast majority of the approximately 1,500 of them, but there were a few (around 10 or so) that were violent and/or destructive that day and didn't deserve such a quick pardon, or didn't deserve a pardon at all. Otherwise it was the correct thing for Trump to do.
