Rep. Anna Paulina Luna just filed legislation to put President Trump's likeness on Mt. Rushmore. Do you think it will really happen?

This has been talked about before but this is the first time anybody did anything about it in an official capacity. Trump does have a larger than life persona and his last year on the campaign trail was something of legend. If he really succeeds in turning the country around maybe he should, be on Mt Rushmore because lets face it Joe Biden really made a mess.

Mount Rushmore is a historic landmark which showcases the brilliant minds that forged American Democracy and kept the hands of the Republic for the people & by the people (with Theodore Roosevelt marking the time it was created). No Presidents after Teddy Roosevelt or Presidents in general should be added.

George Washington was our first president, Thomas Jefferson was our second president, Abraham Lincoln was our sixteenth president, Theodore Roosevelt was our twenty sixth president.

President George Washington created a national standard as it pertains to how a President commands leadership and showcases the powers of the Presidency following his oath to The United States Constitution as a blueprint.
President Thomas Jefferson is the primary author of The Declaration of Independence along with the accomplishments in office being Louisiana Purchase and having the Lewis & Clark Expedition.
President Abraham Lincoln succeeded in bringing the United States of America back together after a victory over the Confederacy upholding The Union as President of The United States of America sworn to protect from all enemies foreign and domestic, abolishing slavery. President Theodore Roosevelt paved way with the Panama Canal, showing strength in leadership, sided with a Liberal Author in admitting that food industry had shady practices particularly in meat packing plants working to improve the quality of the food we eat & how it is managed (though overlooking the whole child labor thing that the writer was aiming for).

Clearly they deserve to be on Mount Rushmore and secured their place in history, just don’t think we should add more presidents in general to this monument. I would be opposed to adding non Presidential figures too fyi. It should stay as is.

have you ever heard of the chamellion affect? its a phenomena where if one person does something wrong or popular the rest will follow not because its right or good but because that one person did it additionally the assasination attempts where trump pumps his fist is a way for him to show the American people what they want but that leaves us with the question what does he want? yes trump may or may not be a good president but you have to wonder how many people changed sides due to the fact that trump acted like no one could touch him a couple times. and i will also add this as a side note to think on. do you think a president with such a big ego as him is going to be able to make the hard choices im talking the ones that benifit everyone but him the ones that give him blowback for doing the right thing for the American people the ones that cost him money he does not wish to spend. I ask because I will say that if trump is a narccasist then how big is his ego big enough to make a bad choice or mabie big enough to ruin america... now I do sincerely hope he will make a good president but I also have my doubts about him and as such I want everyone who reads this to know while I dont agree with him in most matters I still respect the fact that others do :)

It should, BUT, from what I was told decades ago, probably when they wanted to put Kennedy up there, it was discovered that there was some kind of a flaw or crack in the stone and, any extra caring to be done on it would possibly make what's there, crumble.
