The presidents on Mt. Rushmore weren't put there because they were successful. Most presidents have been successful. They did far more than their job and their actions changed the US for the better. If Trump is successful in implementing Project 2025, then he can decide whether or not he wants to be on it, and nobody can stop him. If he's not, then there's no way he's going up there.
