Why would the white house have any need to remove it from the official site if there is no need to? Did trump really swear oath of office to protect the constitution? What does this mean for america as we know it now?

I do not know. I never saw the page. I expect that the interpretation of the Constitution was written by some woke staffer that is incongruous to President Trump's vision for America.
