No. And it's not really possible in the United States, but is also unnecessary.

While there is obstruction - being evasive or lying to authorities to prevent their pursuit of justice, being ambivalent or not helpful is not criminal - being "forced" to reveal information is not immediately possible.. For that, the authorities need to issue a subpoena.

"Subpoena" comes from the Latin "sub poena" which means "under penalty". It is a legal compulsion to act. Specifically, a subpoena is an order from a court - and it must be issued by a court - to appear in front of the court and be available for questioning in which case the truth must come out otherwise there is a charge of perjury ("lying under oath"). If the person who was subpoenaed does not comply with the subpoena, that is called "contempt" and that is also a problem for that person.

So, while it is not realistic to force people to "reveal and and all Intel they have on an illegal immigrants to authorities", if the authorities are engaged in the pursuit of a specific person or groups of people and you are in their line of investigation, they have the legal means to compel you to reveal what you know.

I am going to "meta-ize" your question...

1. Why should your question apply to only citizens? Citizens are the only ones who should be forced to reveal? What about non-citizen permanent residents (green card holders)? What about children?

2. What about other crimes other than being an illegal alien? If you know your spouse or child or neighbor is committing a crime, should you be forced to reveal that?

Force no although there should be consequences for doing so, as If there's a rule there should be consequences for avoiding to follow such rules, can't have it both ways, they either deport illegals or don't, since it's happening then hiding them should have consequences although I don't believe they should be captured and tortured to get such information out of their own citizens, it takes more effort to do that then to find them yourself most likely, just look through their phone contacts and you can probably track their friends using the citizens phone as source to track and find their friend, even illegals have phones, just accessing their legal friends phone and finding the contact information of the illegal is enough to track them
