Is this story about Trump true?

I had a report from a reliable source today. A manager of large American agency was told to reduce staff numbers by Trump. (I won't say which). The manager struggled to get volunteers and there was not many incompetent people he could easily fire. Everyone was qualified, competent and with years of experience.

He sought legal advice and was told to tread carefully as to avoid accusations of discrimination which could see him being dragged to court for unfair dismissal. The lawyer recommended the safest measure was to fire people by alphabetical order.

The manager told Trump about the suggestion but said he couldn't go through with it. Trump sacked him on the spot and immediately wrote an email to all of the employees.

"To reduce costs and make America great again I am terminating 30% of contacts. In order to be fair to all, this will be done in alphabetical order. So it's goodbye to all the Africans, Asians, Blacks, and Colours."

Is this true?

I don’t know what to think about this because I can’t find anything on this.

I always fact check and want to know more before diving into a subject. I’m not disputing this happening or siding with you until I get more information.

I know about January 6th pardons, Trump wanting to decrease Antisemitism on college campuses, and the recent 25% Tariffs on Mexico & Canada also 10% on China though I don’t know anything about this particular claim.

Could you please link me something or tell me an exact thing to Google to reference before I make an opinion.

But "unfair dismissal" is a thing of the past: Trump fired "National Labor Relations Board acting chair Gwynne Wilcox — despite her congressional appointment not being up until 2028.

Wilcox’s firing closes down the NLRB, because it’s left with just two members, and the Supreme Court has ruled that the board needs at least three to issue any rulings.

Trump also fired NLRB General Counsel Jennifer Abruzzo, leaving board attorneys who investigate employee and employer complaints without any guidance.

The democrat media propaganda machine is still working overtime, I see. It's falling apart, though. CNN & MSNBC are about to go out of business or sell out. Elon Musk is thinking about buying MSNBC and firing everyone, replacing them with actual journalists who are not political activists. Sadly, many of the more extremely indoctrinated viewers will likely do fatal harm to themselves if this happens.

That is a really great story. It is not based in fact however. It reminds me of the story at the FBI academy when J. Edgar Hoover was alive. He was watching the graduation exercise and he pointed at a group of cadets and said to his Lieutenants "Fire that pinhead". Nobody had the guts to ask him "What pinhead" so they broke into all their lockers and fired the one with the smallest hat size.

All US Government Employees have received an email in which they have been given an offer that if they voluntarily quit before a certain date they will receive their salary up to September 2025. The email makes no distinction to race, sex, orientation etc.
