Just this week, the Trump Administration illegally halted Medicaid and Head Start payments, halted veterans benefits, stopped SNAP benefits for hungry families, launched invasive immigration raids designed to terrorize communities, froze federal grants to nonprofit organizations providing direct service, cut off loans to small businesses, attacked advocacy organizations, banned transgender people from serving in the military and even went so far as trying to silence the history of the Tuskegee Airmen as part of his capricious and bigoted campaign to end DEI programs.

1 yThese people are in a legitimate cult. No critical thinking, no rolling re-assessments, no concerns other than their own personal well-being. Seeing the glee they have for bad things happening to people…these are animals. There’s no polite way to put it. These are sub-human animals. Already seeing videos online of them crying because they didn’t think they’d go after THEM. But they did, and they’ll continue.
Imagine thinking a bunch of billionaires give a FUCK about you. I mean, honestly, just imagine that🤦♂️
I’ve never been a schadenfreude guy before, but these people are legitimately traitors to my country who got gassed up on false promises of prosperity and real promises of bigotry, so there’s just not going to be any sympathy coming from me.
Its FAFO Szn, drink it all in, cultists👍

The trick to doing good things in the world, and the trick to keep doing them, is to make sure you can do it sustainably. It's not about giving everyone every single thing they could possibly want through boundless displays of empathy.
Christians who supported Trump recognize that. That's the missing ingredient. They want to do good things in the world, and they recognize that they can't do it by having bottomless empathy for everything and anything.
Asker1 y@ProbablyClueless A reasonable amount of empathy is not too much to ask, is it?
- 1 y
@ProbablyClueless
John 3:17
“But if anyone has the world's goods and sees his brother in need, yet closes his heart against him, how does God's love abide in him?”
Matthew 19:21
“Jesus said to him, ‘If you would be perfect, go, sell what you possess and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow me.’”
Proverbs 14:31
“Whoever oppresses a poor man insults his Maker, but he who is generous to the needy honors him.”
Psalm 72:12-14
“For he delivers the needy when he calls, the poor and him who has no helper. He has pity on the weak and the needy, and saves the lives of the needy. From oppression and violence he redeems their life, and precious is their blood in his sight.“
Luke 16:19-29
“There was a rich man who was clothed in purple and fine linen and who feasted sumptuously every day. And at his gate was laid a poor man named Lazarus, covered with sores, who desired to be fed with what fell from the rich man's table. Moreover, even the dogs came and licked his sores. The poor man died and was carried by the angels to Abraham's side. The rich man also died and was buried, and in Hades, being in torment, he lifted up his eyes and saw Abraham far off and Lazarus at his side.”
Luke 6:24-26
“But woe to you who are rich, for you have received your consolation. “Woe to you who are full now, for you shall be hungry.” “Woe to you who laugh now, for you shall mourn and weep.” “Woe to you, when all people speak well of you, for so their fathers did to the false prophets.’” - 1 y
@WhiteSteve Note how there isn't a single one of those verses, nor is there a single one in the bible, that calls people to give more than they can give.
You cannot give what you do not have to give. It's just that simple.
Asker1 y@ProbablyClueless I think that is mathematically self-evident, no?
- 1 y
@ProbablyClueless maybe our standards for what we have is too high? I had to read the Bible cover to cover for Religion class one year in high school, and I think I missed or forgot the part where it set limits to giving or empathy.
I don’t know…. its difficult to see a lot of these things Trump and MAGA are doing and/or calling for in general being “what Jesus would do.”
Asker1 y@WhiteSteve I am unsure what it is reasonable to expect- the man is a mentally ill criminal who is devoid of any empathy at all.
- 1 y
One would think, but the liberal wing of the United States is under the impression that the government has unlimited resources to hand out. That assumption is based on an economic theory that the economy can expand indefinitely and that you can simply print more money to meet deficits and return the expenses with tax revenues in the future. It's simply not true.
I love the idea of social safety nets and providing needy people with refuge, but we can't give resources that we simply don't have. The Trump camp's entire point is that we need to get our own house in order before thinking about the rest of the world. - 1 y
Bump.
Our last responses were really close together, so I'm not sure if G@G would notify you about my reply. - 1 y
@ProbablyClueless I certainly understand that there’s finite money, but when we have Elon and Bezos and Zuckerberg not getting taxed their fair share (WHILE cozying up to Trump, which is shady as all get on its face…and they’re not even hiding it, front row seats at the inauguration), that’s the FIRST place I’m looking to “get our own house in order.” We have veterans living under bridges and Bezos is joyriding in fucking space. How many people could that have fed and housed, on that alone?
The meaning of life is unknown, but I feel VERY confident that point of all this definitely ISN’T being a cog in some country’s endeavor to be an economic powerhouse. Study all the scripture, all the religions, even more recent scripture like LDS…. not a peep about GDP🤷♂️
These are all ill-conceived pursuits of man - 1 y
@ProbablyClueless *which is shady as all get out on its face
- 1 y
@WhiteSteve You and I certainly agree about that! I feel like the concept of a billionaire shouldn't even exist. It's so insane.
- 1 y
@ProbablyClueless Yeah, I mean, I don’t even need to cap anyone’s earnings, but let’s get serious😂 Pay some taxes to the country you use as a vehicle for obscene wealth🙄
- 1 y
This is hilarious coming from the people who supported the Weekend at Bernie's braindead, puppet Biden. Who know Biden wasn't even running the show for years but don't care about that. Don't care what unelected person was in charge. Don't care why 50+ CIA former and current officials lied and said the Hunter Biden laptop was fake when it was 100% real. Don't care why Biden gave pardons to almost everybody in his family and the J6 Committee. Don't care why the J6 Committee deleted all the evidence they collected. Lol. I'm going to be lmao when Trump rounds up all the traitors and has them in orange jump suits.
- 1 y
- 1 y
@WhiteSteve given that the phrase "conspiracy theory" was invented by the CIA as propaganda to attack people who accused the CIA of spreading BS, I will wear that with a badge of honor. The CIA has been caught lying many times.

Asker1 y@OhMyMan Actually the comparison is offensive to animals.

1 yI’m a former Trump supporter…. I didn’t vote for him, though supported him in 2016 and I regretted it. Voted VP Joe Biden in 2020, my first vote ever casted then voted for VP Kamala Harris 2024.
I’m seeing the same arrogant, conman, loser that he is. He is pushing tariffs on imports which got Canada to put tariffs on imports on us for everyday items…. This hurts the Canadian public and the American public, wasn’t the goal to help strengthen US Relations with Canada? Seems like we were doing just fine without him. If he had the balls of a leader he’d step up and admit he was wrong then back down so that Canada can back down. We are talking billions of dollars in trade being tariffed 25% which will be a sales tax for the American public.
Trump is doing one good thing which is to fight against Antisemitism on college campuses, though a little critique is if I were in the office I’d fight against Antisemitism and Anti-Muslim since racism / discrimination of all kinds shouldn’t be entertained especially with regard to peaceful protest since it is a freedom that you have as a natural born citizen.
Trump is attempting to freeze govt funding that was already funded thanks to Congress, since Congress approves the government spending and can limit it / expand it at will while the President can introduce his or her budget for Congressmen to debate on, change, then get it approved…. The President cannot just freeze funds just because he feels like it, which goes against The Constitution (you’re held by your Oath of Office which could be debated as an impeachable offense)
I could go on like using a tragedy to score political points by blaming the Black Hawk Helicopter & American Airlines Flight on ‘DEI’ polices which is the most rich thing ever especially coming from the guy who fired 100 FAA Officials right before it happened. I don’t believe ‘DEI’ or Trump were involved in this, it was an accident that tragedy led to the deaths of 67 American citizens. Let’s not play politics with this.

*I believe firmly when our leadership is strong, America is strong…. Our leadership is flaccid & weak though it could change, could though I was proven wrong before.
Asker1 yWell said - thank you!

Just wished people held leaders accountable regardless of political talking points being spewed about, I did in 2020 and I don’t see an excuse since we are all mature adults who can keep list of what they support / don’t support also if their promises weren’t kept and the promises that were kept also compare & contrast to the alternative…. Lacking that critical thinking got us here and this can / will happen again unless people wise up.
All these cuts you say... Meanwhile I was out mowing my lawn minding my own fucking business and a neighbor flagged me down and said she had several boxes of free food for me. As I listened to her talk and shot the shit, another women she is friends with pulled into her driveway and said they are giving away free food at the high school can you take some of it, they put way too much in my car. Then my neighbor said I don't have room for it can you take it. So they ended up piling a box of about 50 frozen Jamaican beef patties, 12 LB of frozen chicken, 5 LB of ground beef, 10 pounds of onions, 5 LB of sweet potatoes, 6 pounds of almonds, 20 LB of fresh grapefruit, about 10 corn on the cob, about 20 cans of assorted vegetables, several liters of grape juice, etc onto my lawnmower. How can there be this much abundance in a system that is hurting for cash? I'm not on government assistance and neither is my next door neighbor, but charity is often force upon me at the fence line with all the free shit the government is giving away because they have too much.
24 Reply- 1 y
I never ask for anything. but it just keeps showing up for free. It's weird that this is possible in a system that is "underfunded". I often have have spend time to figure out what to do with all the free food people give me so that it doesn't spoil. It seems there is a glut in the social safety net.

No answers? I'll give you a hint... I live in a Republican dominate community in a Republican county in a Republican state where people actually produce real things for a living. As a result there are many Republican business owners that over produce and have excess beyond the economy's demand... As a result they donate to charities, schools, churches, food pantries, etc. to help the community they live in. That excess is more than the poor of the community need, so as a result it just tends to get spread out to neighbors that care about each other.
In contrast you live in a Democrat community, in a Democrat Country, in a Democrat state where nobody produces anything of real value and everyone has their hand out demanding free things they think they are entitled to. The government taxes the shit out of people that work and embezzles the money to buy big houses and fancy cars and the people starve in the name of socialism because nobody cares about their community, has any moral values, or give anyone anything out of charity. It’s a difference in culture.
Anonymous(18-24)1 yThese are lies, you're never going to win an argument with lies.
He did not stop Medicaid, Head Start, veterans programs, or Snap.
He only deported violent criminal illegal immigrants who already had deportation orders.
He did stop funding of useless NGOs with politicized agendas that were only funded in a corrupt move to drain trillions of dollars from U. S. taxpayers during the last week of the Biden administration.
He did not cut small business loans in fact he started a program on Janauary 24 to increase them dramatically.
He did attack advocacy organizations advocating leftist agendas, which was what he promised when he ran for office.
He did ban transgenders from the military which is what he promised when he ran for office.
He did not try to silence the history of the Tuskegee Airmen, the military did that in an act known as 'malicious compliance,' meaning, they take a policy and knowingly try to enforce it in a way it's not meant to be applied, which they were immediately required to reverse by Secretary Hegseth.
And he did end DEI programs which he promised he would do when he ran for office.
So quit posting your phony leftist propaganda. President Trump was elected because American citizens are tired of this country being driven into the ground by leftists.

1 yMy name is Cheng Charlie Saephan I'm here today to share my success story on how Dr Benjamin the lottery spell caster helped me won the lottery, on a fateful evening I was browsing through the internet and I saw a lot of good reviews on how Dr Benjamin had helped a lot of people so I decided to reach him for help too, he responded to my mail and he assured me that he will help me win as he has done for many, after he requested for my details he also gave me series of instructs to follow after everything said and done he gave me the Powerball winning numbers he instructed me to write out the numbers from the game (1-69) on a piece of paper and slept with it under his pillow before playing the numbers he gave me so after the result was out I was the only one to match all five numbers and I won the jackpot of 1.3 billion dollars. All thanks to you Dr benjamin for turning my life around for good. I will leave his contact information here for anyone that desire help too. I promise you that I won't sharing your good work in my life. Below is his contact information email drbenjaminlottospell711@gmail. com and Whatsapp number +18588585788
00 Reply27.2K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. Lets see what the results are before we jump to conclusions. Will the incidence of street crime go down and will the costs of illegal immigration go down once a few million have been deported? Will the federal budget be reduced once billions of dollars of waste have been identified and eliminated? Will competence be restored in government agencies by getting rid of DEI practices.
It has been less than two weeks I think re visiting the results of President Trumps policies in 3 or four months when we will have quantifiable measurable results to make a more informed decision.

20 Reply 2.9K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. Apprehensive, he says things that give me pause; but then he says a lot of things more for the effects of the words rather than implementing any policies. So we will have to wait and see what policies come to fruition; plus the leftist media likes to take Republicans out of context, especially Trump. So who knows if all of what they said he said is true, half true, or a blatantly made up?

Happier to watch illegals get rounded up and booted out. Happier that he exposed the Chinese strategy to bring in Chinese merchants into the US via Mexico and Canada. Happier that the Mexican and Canadian governments are going to pay the price for helping the Chinese. Happier that the USA is regaining respect again.
