I'm not eligable to vote for Trump but he exceeded my expectations so far. Been loving the stuff elon is doing with DOGE, I look forward to RFK fixing health. Stuff like the invasion threats and tarifs I can only approve if its a bargaining tactic not if its persistent.

there's also the usual republican bullshit you get along with voting republican though. The democrat consume right stuff especially in the FCC is better. That part republicans can be pro consumer rather than pro corpotate. The pro corporate over pro consumer I never liked about the republicans. But thats still leagues better than anti america, anti citizen, and all the authoritarian tendencies democrats have.

Ahhh. If you're concerned about these things you must be equally outraged by the following right?

1. Banning Media Access: The Trump administration barred the Associated Press (AP) from the Oval Office and Air Force One after the AP refused to adopt the administration's preferred term "Gulf of America" instead of "Gulf of Mexico." This move was widely criticized as an infringement on press freedom and a violation of the First Amendment.

2.. Utilizing the FCC Against Media Outlets: Under FCC Chair Brendan Carr, the administration has used the agency's authority to target broadcasters critical of the government. Actions include barring the AP from White House events and investigating major networks, creating a culture of fear among media companies and compromising journalistic freedom.

3. Vaccines: I can understand your concern here even though I think vaccines actually work and benefits outweigh the little risks when accessing real scientific data not made up conspiracies. That said after thinking about this for years I think we should let people choose and have autonomy over their own bodies. Are you pro government not saying what a decisions they can or can't make with their own body?

@Friendlybro79 No, but discussing why will probably be insightful.

1. I am not outraged by this at all because I've always thought it was silly that they keep pandoring to established outlets with shareholders that are out there to undermine him. there's only so much room in the oval office so they should prioritize independant journalism thats actually trying to report the truth. The AP still has access to the press secretary briedings, but the group who can talk to him is smaller and I think could be better filled.

2. Basically the same as your first point. I'm not outraged when biased corporate news sources spread false information and they get some pushback for this. I'd be outraged if this pushback was unfair. I'm not familair with this investigation so if its along the lines of lets see if there's corruption thats fine (for example paid by a foreign gov to bias the news), if its editorial investigation that goes to far. As long as they don't do any pseudo investigation that could effect a legitimate outlet negatively in its conclusion i'm not outraged over that. If there's evidence the outlet is being treated unfair show it to me.

3. I'm strongly for autonomy of your own body, but what I want RFK to do is ban the junk. Both in food and vaccines. You should not be given the choice to inject yourself with actual damaging poison. On food my food is way superior, our citizens aren't getting massively obese due to bad ingredients like corn syrup. We still use real sugar here. Vaccines same thing, should be a choice between taking a safe vaccine or no vaccine. It shouldn't be a choice between something that can injure you for the rest of your life and no vaccine. If he gets rid of MRNA and all the toxic additives like heavy metals people who are against vaccines can come around with suffficient proof its safe. So him going after the bad ones is very much needed.

No, I think that after 4 disastrous years we are going in the right direction. I am looking forward to having him get his tax bill passed and also Trump putting an end to the war in Ukraine.

If I was dumb enough to have done it in the first place, I imagine I'd regret that he is making prices go even higher, opposite of what he promised, didn't stop the Ukraine war like he promised, and is every bit the threat to democracy he claimed he wouldn't be, along with all his project 2025 stuff he kept lying about.
