We were fed a constant diet of "he's as sharp as ever' and "he runs circles around everyone" while he would never appear after noon time. I don't trust either party. What makes Democrats different from Republicans is that they are much more united. You can't even say it's ideology, or supporting young people as over the past 20 years they have completely reversed those roles from George W to today.

What has stayed the same is Republicans being a loose plate of sand, while Democrats are a single pane of glass. I think that's why so much is getting done so fast, and the minute the momentum slows, or it's out of a press cycle, the cohesiveness of the democrats is going to stop the charge and make Trump's second presidency just like his first, mired down and getting nothing down.

When aDemocrat does stray (i. e. the mayor of NYC) s/he is immediately crushed. Nancy Pelosi's father was one of the old time brutal party bosses in Baltimore, and she learned well from him

My wife has a lot of elderly patients. A lot of these folks cannot afford Cable TV so they get their news only from the 3 networks. My wife says it is shocking to see what these people are not aware of.
