What would the appropriate response be when a president does something like this?

If i told you the president of the united states suggested to condition Federal relief aid during the time of a natural disaster fire because of misinformation the president intentionally decides to make and keep spreading.. then a week later

the president's administration fired a capable qualified administrator of the FAA that over seen the safety and improvement of the department, then freezes air traffic control hiring during a time of a already bad hiring shortage of air traffic controllers, a couple days before a disaster happened, involving the deaths of around 67 people because of a mid air airplane collision with a helicopter, and the president during the time decided to avoid going to the site to see first hand, choosing to instead blame the problem on Diversity Equity and Inclusion (in other words blaming the problem on a system that helps people that aren't a white man, and notably disabled, obtain a job and have human rights without being discriminated against in profesional environments because of their race gender or disability status) and also resorts to blaming the problem on the previous president and opposing political party all before the investigation of the incident comes to a close..

How would that make you feel about that president's capability to lead america?
What should america do about a president that does this?
Hopefully, more tragedies like this don't keep happening, but if this were to happen again, and nothing improves, what should america do about a president like this?
Nothing. Because who cares if the president doesn't put americans first
Pray to God i don't die tomorrow
Suggest removing the president from office.
Suggest the president's administration and advisors should be looked into and fired where necessary
Protest to remove the current administration.
