Which nation sounds better?

Switzerland is a nation by culture/values and it's been working great. Even though we don't even speak the same native language as each other we still get along :) There are some political differences between the regions in the way the majority tends to vote but that has never led to a divide that would break up the country. People just accept it and keep moving forwards :). Most swiss people just like the way things are done here and they don't wanna lose that.

I selected nation by culture. Of course, a nation's culture develops from its history.

I reject a racist, theocratic state like Israel that is based on ethnicity and religion.

Religion is often an important aspect of a nation's culture, but it shouldn't be forced on citizens who have different spiritual beliefs.

I pick an nation by culture. When people share a culture it is the sharing of a lifestyle and a similar set of values. Everyone gives presents at Christmas, everyone gets excited about the Super Bowl, everyone hates paying taxes.

These are things that unite country. When these commonalities are erased or outlawed it creates division and disharmony in a country.

A Nation is defined by geography, which defines its borders. A Country is defined by culture.

In Europe is traditional by ethnicity, culture is related to that too, as well as history and geographical position on the map.  However, some people have nation by religion, which is absurd.
