The FBI is a very clear cut no, the Federal Constitution never provided for the FBI for a Good reason.

The 100 years since the creation of the FBI by progressives has demonstrated again and again the wisdom of the founders in that there has been no elections to hold that same FBI accountable for its regular abuses from day one with Hoover.

All the while its leaders have since day one been regularly spying on and blackmailing Americans including the very federal politicians who might otherwise have held them accountable.

If ever the American people could be bothered to vote on the subject of abuse of an indiviual 1000 miles away from them rather than the subject of their own taxes, and security for which the Federal Government is exclusively responsible.

As such regardless of who works there the FBI has always been open to abuse and corruption and has been since day one. It's power is simply too alluring and unaccountable to rest abusing by the ONLY people they will ever answer to.
