How come people only want child molesters to go in jail?

If someone murders someone, people wouldn’t snitch on them, and the murderer wouldn’t go to jail, and get brought to justice. But, when a child molester molests a child. People want them to go to jail which isn’t fair commit to different types of criminals people don’t snitched on, and don’t bring to jail.
