I think there is no enough data to support that statement, and even if there was, probably it was the poverty that enhanced some negatives witch in these children.
However, it's also possible it could be because step fathers typically don't love the children who aren't their own and children always cary rage and hatred in themselves bottled up because they feel it. And single mothers have to work and not be at home so they are always by themselves, feeling unloved and left out, which again, fills them with rage.
You lack understanding, compassion and are cold. You automatically assume it’s only the single mom’s fault. There are many different factors which contribute to single motherhood which you fail to see because you don’t want to. You’re red pill bullshit is yesterday’s news. I don't know how factual your question/statement is, but it has been shown that children that grow up with both male and female role models are more emotionally balanced than those without both.
