Who is this man you ask? Meet Russell Vought. he is one of the chief architects of that Project 2025.

What cabinet position has he been confirmed to? Office of Management and Budget (OMB). It is tasked with overseeing federal agencies and evaluating their policies and programs against established guidelines. The OMB is also responsible for preparing the President’s budget, which typically reflects the President’s priorities.

What does he believe in? Vought is credited with authoring the chapter on executive power, in which he argued that the president’s powers are limited by a “sprawling federal bureaucracy” that carries out “its own policy plans and preferences.” Vought’s central, seemingly paradoxical goal is to expand the size of the presidency to ultimately shrink the size of the federal government.

Why is he evil? Well remember that federal funds freeze last week? where everything from food stamps to friggin medicaid was all frozen? well This is the guy behind that and in this cabinet position he can effectively gutting programs for working families across the country. programs they depend on and if they can't use them they are pretty screwed...

this dude is bad news all around and now he's part of the government.

I honestly believe that he hasn't read it and hasn't had it read to him. Yet, the ideas of him both in his first term and this term are the same as what is in Project 2025. They pretty much gave a legal framework for him to do what he wants to do anyway.
