There's nothing I hate more than compulsive fake lairs and as I'm getting older I'm starting to call these types out if they mess with me or someone I care about.

I hate drama but if someone tries to cause drama with me I'm gonna end them. First guy at work was a friend who wouldn't accept but I wasn't interested in him in that way and was the lied and talked him self up to be a gangster when he listened to 1D and would go home crying if anyone ever spoke back to him. He thought I'd find it funny when he started calling my best friend fat and ugly so I exposed him. He was bullying a learning disabled person at our work and taking pictures of him and posting it online and he was disgusting about women and had nothing kind to say about anyone still to this day he still comes to his old work place to talk shit about people to people he talks shit about how sad.

I got him done for sexual harassment and got screenshots of the pictures he was sharing online of this learning disabled person and his ass was fired and then all his friends got fired too and turned on each other.

Now I've got this guy who I'm meant to be working with closely but I've smelt his bs from day one. He's lair, manipulater, full blown delusional. He takes all the credit for my work, frauds the company and our customers taking advantage of the money they give him to do his job to take his girlfriend out for dinners etc whilst pretending to care about his customers and he tells everyone there business too. He thinks he's the shit and acts like he's my boss when he's so beneath me.

He's fucked over so many people at my work whilst acting like a hero in front of customers.

So one day I get left with one of his regular clients and he's insisting he has this guy not me because this guy has brainwashed him into thinking he's amazing. He also starts talking about all the stuff this guy has told him like other people's business and how to cheat the system and I recorded it all and reported it to mangerment

Hopefully he's getting fired today.

People call me vindictive but I'm actually a very kind, caring person. I just hate lairs and seeing good people getting treated badly by these people so I help karma move along faster.

I seen kendrick lamar is getting a lot press atm for calling out drake in his new music and I've never felt more inspired. I think my generation are sick of being lied to and are searching for truth and it's making me so proud. Bad people deserve everything they get.

What kind of scum do you work with? We've had issues at work, but not that bad.

If you get into management, it is best to lay down the law. Even so, idiots may require repetition and warnings... that is if you are hiring idiots. I can't imagine you tolerating anything though.

Sounds like you just want some RESPECT. That is the source of a lot of problems and you are on a mission to cleanse and purify. Better turn to Jesus, because it's been tried and you're gonna need help.

What are these lies been told? It is good to see the truth, 100%, you'll have to get outside the system to see the crap you've been fed... we all get fed.

Be careful framing people. You might calm down and learn to train people instead of destroying them. EVERYONE... is just repeating what they were taught. You now get adults trying to do work with all their corruption, so they need retraining. You either hire high quality (less damaged) or you make extra effort to train and discipline. Hiring/firing is expensive.

That said, if they are scum... toss them out.

Mangers at my work overlooked me and treated me as if I was stupid because I was quiet but now I'm in a new position I'm proving them so wrong and they're starting to regret treating me like crap

I basically started working for a company 5 years ago and I saw how wrong people were getting treated and spoke put about so much I was recruited by a company inside of the company I already worked for. I basically have to check mangers are doing there job correctly and staff are being treated fairly. This other guy was telling people at work other colleagues business such as there mental health etc for his own gain
