When is revenge to far?

There's someone in my life who constantly lies on me, makes others hate me/go against me to be on her side, throws my stuff out, loudly embarrasses me on purpose and tells everyone my business, does things to intentionally/maliciously piss me off. I never do anything bc I know she can manipulate everyone to side with her and to see me as the problem, but now I'm thinking if I really don't do anything and still get fucked over what happens when I actually do, do something... I want to give her her own medicine bc she's a narcissist, so there's no other way they learn than by doing them just as bad. Any advice?

Oh its my mother. And I would love to starve her of attention but when I do that that's when she gets more petty and does things to piss me off like throwing my stuff out or doing things she know will piss me off
