can sue anyone for anything. I can sue you for using the word "sue". doesn't mean they have the position and power to win. Whom says that is the name? might be able to get google to change name in mexico vs other areas. Google is a US company.

Now within Mexico or China, people could play this game and lots of things unravel.

Part me wonders if this is his way of smacking people over the head over "identity" politics. He's just identified the "Gulf of Mexico" as "Gulf of America". It's just an identity... right?
