What do we do now that we are designating specific cartels as Foreign Terrorist Groups?

It is time for our rebooted CIA to identify Cartels and their Bosses and surgically surgically destroy their Haciendas, factories and other properties. Do it with hardened predator drones. Then air drop Special forces to clean up leftovers. Not one at a time. Do it in one day. Shock and Awe.

Realistically, USA should be doing none of the sort. Mexico is an ally and USA is supposed to respect its sovereignty. Openly starting to assassinate their citizens, even if they are cartel members is bad enough but doing so inside Mexico is breaking all sorts of conventions and international laws.

Also, if I was a Republican and wanted to deport all the "illegal migrants" then I would remove the terrorism tag from the cartels. Why? Because that makes the citizens of that country eligible for seeking asylum inside USA by claiming they are fleeing terrorists.

Honestly though, why can't Republicans just stop to think before they screw everything up all the time?
