Well, i think this video is pretty informative, though, really. I know it's mostly leftist as most Republicans here would call it, but the older farmer simply does make some really good points for understanding how things have worked politically regardless of how far right or left you are.

Major, long-needed changes are happening, in a very short amount of time. Many people will be negatively affected for a little while that ideally wouldn't be - that's inevitable - but if that leads to major long-term improvements, then it's going to be worth it.

But things are already getting a lot better for a lot of people. Businesses are hiring, and people are getting jobs. Stores have been able to remove cages or glass that used to lock up products, and clothing stores have re-opened their dressing rooms. Crime is already dropping noticeably, because criminals are being arrested and prosecuted instead of just being released.

If you are angry, you should be angry at the people who BROKE the system, and who ignored (or outright participated in) corruption at every level for years, not at the guy who hasn't fixed every single thing in 3 weeks.

The Biden admin screwed over farmers in a big way, but Obama was worse. Obama bankrupted many family farms, leading to giant conglomerates or people like Bill Gates, or Chinese investors, to buy up those farms. And they put in place policies that caused farmers to have to grow certain crops that weren't necessarily needed and not grow crops that were needed. It takes time to fix these massive, long-term problems. But unlike any president in your lifetime, Trump is actually TAKING REAL ACTION, and is prioritizing Americans, not foreigners.

That doesn't mean there won't be some short-term pain - it's not easy to switch directions quickly - but long-term, the vast majority of Americans will be better off, including farmers.

No one in history has expected anything from a president in the first 3 weeks. Nevertheless he's accomplished more than any other president.
