Which property do you prefer?

Property A is on the High Street which is quite family oriented. 10 minutes walk from the station. Property A has a higher price and also higher service charges and higher utility bills

Property B is also 10 minute walk from station but the station is also 10 minutes closer to central London. And the high street is perceived as nicer.
