Will I go to jail for getting a ticket?

Long story short l, in July I was charged with reckless driving. Had to do 40 hrs community. License taken away for 90 days, and 2 years bench probation, and a $500 fine. After I paid the fine and and did my community, my probation officer told me that all I have to do is be a law abiding citizen. I had been before my reckless driving. Well I got my license back yesterday and I havnt driven because I'm afraid ill do something wrong and get a ticket, and then ill go to jail, or prison for violating my probation.

I have got every ticket known to man except a DUI. If you live in the US, driving infractions are not considered a probation violation. Reckless driving, drunk driving, and street racing are considered more than driving infractions, they are misdemeanor crimes. Just don't do any stupid shit, and drive like a normal person and not like an idiot and you'll be fine.

I don't know. Ask your lawyer. But if you're already afraid you'll get in trouble for reckless driving again, then maybe you shouldn't be driving
