Have the US make a new super soldier program and have them use a black guy. He could have different powers.

I haven't watched it and not going to. These stupid "hero" movies went too woke in the past and I stopped watching long ago.

I do wonder if it has a transgender faaaag in the movie, just as a sort of litmus test for its wokeness.
