The founders said the same things in 1776. Washington knew he had to violate the law to preserve the country they had built. Lincoln did too. And the intelligent person knows when to take DJT literally and when to take him seriously. Civics 101:

The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America.

Under Article II, Section 1, Clause 1, all executive power is vested only in a single person—the President of the United States. Full stop. No court, has any direct power or authority over The Executive. Full stop again.

The Supreme Court can rule on the Constitutionality of an Executive Action but even then, The Executive does not have to comply. Recall Biden regarding forgiving student loans. Even if he had to, How many US Marshalls or Military Divisions does the Supreme Court have? They are all under the authority of The Executive. Full stop again.

Right now, DJT has said he will comply, but he left off For Now. DJT is setting an ambush. At some point, he will prove that he isn't violating any laws that apply to The Executive. Why? Read Article II, Section 1, Clause 1 again. Full stop.
