The garbage was sent to the Philippines in 2013 & 2014. Trudeau didn't become Prime Minister until November 2015 and the trash came back to Canada in 2019 under his orders. Trudeau wasn't respected here in Canada until he stood up to Trump. If he'd done that earlier he probably wouldn't have had to resign. He's only Prime Minister for a couple more months.
