Should Trump get tough on protesters the way Canada’s Justin Trudeau did?

If ex-Canadian Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau didn’t like your protest, he just froze your bank account!

So when mostly peaceful brick throwers, throw bricks at ICE agents, just freeze their bank accounts! Arresting them doesn’t work because they like to get arrested. I think they actually get paid more if they get arrested.

@strawberryapple I keep asking just who those brick throwers are? Do they even have a bank account? If they had anything to lose, would they be out there throwing bricks or concrete?

One law enforcement figure in Florida, said publicly:

"If you throw concrete at my officers, we will be notifying your next of kin"

@strawberryapple P. S. During the L. A riot mess, I saw some asshole using a large hammer to break the concrete curb, to get pieces to throw. Were I a police officer and some SOB three concrete at me, I would shoot him and see what the consequence was later. Concrete is a Deadly weapon.

Trump doesn't like the protests, and he freely admonishes them, but he acknowledges their right to protest, however stupid he believes it is.

That is where he screwed up. As soon as the protests got hairy the Border patrol should have been there with water cannons cooling them down. He showed too much restarint.
