Article. II, Section. 1 states: The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America. By inference, the President has no direct power over the Judicial or Legislative Branches of the Federal Government, nor do thy have any direct power over The President. Full Stop.

The only recourses against The executive Power in a President are:
*Lawful Impeachment under Article II Section. 4 They have never gotten a conviction.
*Lawful Removal under Amendment 5, Sections. 3 and 4. It has not been tried.

The Sitting President has absolute civil and criminal immunity from liability for official acts although neither civil nor criminal immunity is explicitly granted, nor prohibited, in the Constitution or any federal statute. That does not mean The President is immune from impeachment even if he has not actually committed for Treason, Bribery, or other High Crimes and Misdemeanors.

Similar to the Lawfare against Donald Trump, The House can file Articles Of Impeachment for anything it votes in favor of (the Indictment). If, for example, it upholds Rep. Al Green's Articles against Donald Trump for saying the U. S. would "take over" Gaza as an Impeachable Offense and the Senate upholds it, Bye Bye, President Trump. He empties his desk and flies to Florida. He would have no appeal.

Now working toward my question. I believe President Trump may ignore the federal judge, which, on Friday that blocked the Trump Administration’s cuts in the National Institutes of Health medical research funding, or some other court decision, based on his authority in Article. II, Section. 1. He may be winding up for a real, intentional, Constitutional Crisis. Newsflash. I hope he is.

If that happens, there may be new Articles of Impeachment filed against him, but they are likely to fail getting two-thirds vote of the Senate to convict him. For you Constitutional Conservatives™ out there, what happens next? For you Leftist Whiners, don't clutter my post with your FEELZ.

People such as the military will simply stop listening to his abuse. People will stop following orders. Chaos.
America elected a president not a dictator. He ran as a president claiming project 25 was not his baby.

I think Trump would come out on top because of that particular (but flawed) scenario where the Constitution itself would beat out any "judicial review" self-conferred by Marbury v Madison as one is Black Letter law and the other precedent, "stare decicis", case law & tradition
