Religion as the most accepted form of brainwashing? I'd have to say so based on Religion's thousands of years pounding away at controlling people and the sheer numbers of people who have been controlled, religious cults are far and away the most prolific and socially accepted way that brainwashing occurs.

And it's religion that creates the "BELIEF" mindset in people. Even if they end up leaving a particular religion, their brains have been conditioned to accept the most hilariously stupid shit as reality... because someone told them it was true. And their personality has developed to NEED to belong to a group, any group. Religion conditions them to be susceptible to manipulation.

No. Earlier it was on the top of list. But now there are many others doing even better than that. Like...

Social sites - Whatever post we see frequently we feel that's truth, but we forget that what posts are getting censored or suppressed or deleted to hide the realities.

Mass Media - we feel what we are seeing it's all true interview or true information but we forget they also get paid for saying so.

Google - Show the articles what you like to see, tell you what you want to listen, based on your past activities but we believe it's the whole picture.

ChatGPT - New Master of all the manipulation tools. We do believe it's Artificial intelligence then it's more intelligent than all humans and not biased. But it's actually ten times more biased than any other sources.

nope. liberalism in mainstream media is the most accepted form of brainwashing because people are forced to accept it either through shame or violence

e. g. if you don't accept DEI you're a racist, if you don't accept feminism you're a misogynist, if you don't accept transgender surgeries on minors then you're transphobic

and violence is justified while enforcing the law and stopping the violence is considered fascism
