That picture does not show Zelenskyy and has nothing to do with him. He was wearing the same garb he wears at functions at home because he is fighting a war against invaders. The only lack of respect was Trump and JD luring him supposedly to talk but instead to make him look bad. And a representative from the Russian publication Tass was there broadcasting live to Russia. He should not even have been in the Oval Room and it was obvious that Trump had him there to demean Zelenskyy to the Russian watchers.

First, that is the Capitol Building, not the White House. Second, those people broke into that building to make a mess of it because Trump wanted them to do it because he had lost that election, and since they were causing destruction what they wore was not important. And last, other people have been to the White House without a suit (and Trump has Elon Musk there often wearing even worse than Zalenskyy and is happy with about that) and it has not been a problem.
