I originally thought it was a crazy idea but it seems to make sense. Palestinians cannot be allowed to go back because in a couple of years they will be killing the Jews again and Netanyahu will have to exterminate them. Having them relocate and developing Gaza into a vacation resort makes more sense than having 2 million people move to a disaster area.
