Why is it so hard for a certain subset of society to accept that women and men are different, and being different is a very good thing?

This is something i see a lot from certain kinds of people, (mostly the activist type) they insist that men and women are exactly the same, even in brain function they are chemically identical some how, Which we know as bullshit. I would even move that we are intended to be different, that we are meant to be complimentary.

But a certain subset of humanity scream bigotry and hate speech when you point these things out.

I am glad men and women are so different, And i feel like we should fit together because of those differences.

It would be a good thing if men and women could find a way to work together so we can balance each other but unfortunately because of the way society is set up currently we all have to fend for ourselves so we all have to have the strength and knowledge of both genders.

I talked about this a bit with my question of feminine traits not being valuable. Men especially do not respect what women bring to the table so we have to act like men to get by in life. If everyone was respectful and valued what each gender brings then it wouldn't be this way 😔

Yep it def sucks. And interesting info about the babies. I've had to learn a lot about that because of having all sons like doing what works best for them school wise because often times they expect boys to sit still and be calm all day when they really want to run

Right! I think the worst things schools, at least in my area, did was eliminate recess. When I was a kid I used that to blow off steam.

Omg no recess! I haven't heard of a school that doesn't do it for the little kids. Older grades they don't but there's still gym and sports for them

It happened almost a decade or so ago here. Trust me I was not happy, it's part of why I plan to home school. They said it was for liability reasons they got rid of it. Suddenly the playgrounds are now empty at most schools here.

Oh interesting about the liability reason 🤔 and yeah i did homeschooling a little bit and thought was a good idea but then I've come to change my mind about it after doing both homeschooling and sending my kids to real school.

Anyone with half of a brain know that men and women are completely different in every aspect of the human body including the brain.

This push for equality isn't going to ever change this because God made us to be different and you can't ever change what God has created. Period.

I want to address the comment from @Apple1996 about feminine traits not being valuable to men. That's not true. Men value feminine traits, in fact we crave them and wish women would stop suppressing them. I think it's women themselves, not men, who don't value feminine traits.

The body is chemistry. This is not a solid topic we all have different levels of chemicals all in different balances. When hitting teens and onward both genders have different levels of both testosterone and estrogen. I believe this plays part In behavior also more so than gender alone throughout our lives.

I'm not explaining myself the way I would like but I came here for a brief break in a busy day.
