Should alleged victims be required to be named in the papers when they take someone to court?

In my opinion they should. If you are big and bad enough to take someone to court then you should also be named in the papers as well along with the defendant

Great stickman. Once again it's innocent until proven guilty. She isn't a victim until the defendant is convicted of it. Why should someone be named and potentially be harassed for something that they haven't even been found guilty of?

What kind of victim are we talking about because if it's abused victims then no it's scary enough to have to tell someone and escape we don't need to harassing them while they heal

I'm talking about alleged. Why should someone be named for a crime they haven't even been convicted of? If they have been convicted then sure put their name in the paper

yes, let put the victim more at risk by blasting there info to everyone so the defendant can get some friend together. because that never happens now, when we keep their info out of the papers.
